Refund Policy
Kgwele Trading and Projects

At Kgwele Trading and Projects, we take pride in delivering high-quality architectural, design, and construction services. Due to the nature of our work—often customized and project-specific—we have established the following Refund Policy to ensure fairness and transparency for both our clients and our team.
1. Non-Refundable Deposits
All projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. This deposit secures your booking and covers initial project planning, consultation, and administrative costs.
Please note: All deposits are non-refundable, even in the event of project cancellation by the client.
2. Refunds for Services Already Rendered
Because many of our services (such as draughting, 3D modeling, design presentations, or site preparation) involve time, labor, and expertise, no refunds will be issued for:

Completed work

Work in progress that has already commenced

Services delivered up to the date of cancellation
We will, however, provide any completed files or materials that have been paid for up to that point.
3. Project Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your project after work has begun:

You must provide written notice via email.

You will be invoiced for all work completed to date, less any payments already made.

No further work will be done upon cancellation unless a new agreement is reached.
4. Changes and Revisions
We allow a reasonable number of revisions based on the project scope and your original agreement. Additional revisions or major changes that fall outside the initial brief may incur extra costs and are not subject to a refund.
5. Delays and Non-Delivery
In the unlikely event that Kgwele Trading and Projects is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances on our side (e.g. staff illness, technical failure, etc.) and no substantial work has been completed, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
6. Refunds for Construction Services
Construction and labor services are billed progressively or as agreed in your contract. Refunds will not be issued for:

Work already completed

Materials already purchased

Labor already provided
In case of disputes, we encourage open communication to resolve the matter fairly before considering further action.
